Made of 48 CrMo alloy steel or tungsten carbide with hard treatment by laser,the hardness is above HRC58o-60o.The surface is well treated by grind and plated chrome. Different type of flute according to user's request.
Specification
1. Special 48CrMo alloy steel fine forgings for corrugated roll
2. The hardness of base unit in medium-frequency quenching>HRC58
3. Thickness of anti-friction carbonized tungsten coating is between 0.05 and 0.06mm
4. The micro hardness of carbonized tungsten coating HV950-1100
5.Run-time is double than hard-chrome coating,but its price is 10% higher only.
