Features:
1. Main drive: The opening and closing of the mold and the quantitative supply of lead liquid are controlled by stable and reliable pneumatic components, and the others are all mechanically driven, stable and reliable. The main engine speed control adopts the stepless speed regulation of the frequency converter, the adjustment range is wide, and the speed regulation is simple.
2. The lead supply system adopts two sets of independent lead valve designs, one of which controls the on and off of lead liquid, and the other sets the lead and lead valve quantitatively, which avoids the damage of the lead valve and the damage to the caster host, and is convenient. Ground-to-quantity lead valve repairs reduce equipment downtime.
3. The lead pipe can increase the power of the heating pipe to 3KW without burning the gas.
4. The temperature of the mold is controlled by the thermocouple mounted on the mold to control the on/off of the electric heating tube. The mold heating temperature control and the temperature display are to be displayed separately, that is, the temperature of the mold can be displayed as soon as the main control switch is turned on without heating; The insulation of the mold is controlled by circulating water.
5. Lead spoon temperature control The thermocouple of the lead spoon controls the on/off of the electric heating tube to realize the automatic control of the lead spoon temperature.
6. Plane cutting: the cutter system and the take-up system are transported in the same plane as the grid to avoid the grid deformation caused by the impact of the grid in the slide plate, the inclined cutter and the filming process, which significantly reduces the grid. The deformation during the casting process greatly increases the grid forming rate and production efficiency.
7. The electric control system integrates the original host electric control cabinet and the molten lead furnace control cabinet into one, realizes centralized control, systemization, automation, and is easy to operate and maintain.
